For phone service, we ask that you phone from 9 to 2, and from 4 till 8 pm, PST, Monday to Friday, and from 9 to 8 pm PST on the weekends. We ship via Canada Post, and cannot send out parcels on weekends, so please remember that in your orders. And, if you have any questions about the products and their use, let me know.
